About Me
I'm certain my life started when I found sport as a young child. I started with tennis, then AFL football and high jump. I've always been a person that puts 110% effort into everything I do, so naturally I found a love for all things sport when I saw that all my achievements were a result of my massive effort and love for what I do!
In 2016, I ruptured my ACL playing football how I usually do, putting my body on the line for the team. A month after my surgery I met my partner Ethan. He introduced me to bodybuilding by sharing his passion for the sport with me.
His passion made me so incredibly excited to be a part of something so focused around self-improvement that I jumped straight in!
I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in 2018 at the age of 18, and 5 years and 3 seasons (6 shows) later, here I am - a member of the MassiveJoes Sponsored Athlete Team and an IFBB Pro!

Okay so, after choosing 100 hamster sized hippos, how could you not die from cuteness overload!? I'd have to adopt and care for them!
What do you think of Clowns?
At the age of 11 I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said CLOWN! HAHAHA! As if you wouldn't want to make heaps of people happy! Aside from those afraid of course, hehe.
At what age did you become an adult?
If becoming an adult means I have to take myself seriously, I refuse!

What are your future goals?
My future goals are to create a beautiful family with my partner Ethan (first by adopting a gorgeous pup soon! We are thinking a boxer!) and also to take competing as far as my genetics allow me.
After winning my Pro Card at the start of 2022, we've decided to waste no time in making the necessary improvements to be incredibly competitive on the pro circuit! I'll most likely be competing in a pro show in the second half of 2023 where I'll be aiming to take the win to obtain my Olympia qualification - It's so damn surreal to even be talking about this! But I know I'm constantly fulfilling my life's prophecy with every step, so whatever happens is meant to happen! Exciting times!
How long have you been training for?
I've been extremely active my whole childhood, but only started training consistently 5-6 times per week after my partner Ethan got me hooked on the gym around October 2017 - so 5 years!
How did you get into the sport?
I always knew of Arnold Schwarzenegger but I never knew that bodybuilding competitions were open to the public, let alone open to females!
As soon as Ethan made me aware of this, I jumped at the thought, researched the top ladies in the IFBB Bikini division and fell in love with the look of Ms. Bikini Olympia at the time, Angelica Teixeira!

What is your favourite piece of TMJ Apparel?
I'd have to say our Varsity Crew Jumper! It keeps me cosy in the cooler weather.
In your opinion, what is the most effective way to build muscle?
Progressive overload in a calorie surplus utilising tempo and focusing on time under tension. This will recruit the most amount of muscle fibres possible - hypertrophy is king!
What is your ‘go-to’ or favourite cheat meal?
Brownies and ice cream!
In your opinion, what is the most effective way to lose body fat?
Calorie deficit!
Most common piece advice you give to people?
If it means you'll be one step closer to fulfilling your ultimate potential, then what are you waiting for?!
How do you ensure you stick to your diet?
Food will always be there! If I ever do think about straying from the plan, I remind myself that the only person I'll be cheating if I do is me - and that's the person I should be aiming to impress daily!
