Step 1: Preparing YourMixture

;

1.Preheat Oven to 176 degree celsius (350 Fahrenheit)
2.Lightly spray a baking pan with low calorie cooking spray.
3.Prepare flax ‘egg’ by placing flax seed in a bowl with 2-3tbsp of water and set aside.
4. Next, puree bananas or mash well with a fork and combine all wet ingredients.
5.In another bowl combine Core Nutritionals MRP Banana Cream flavour and all dry ingredients, except for the chocolate chips.
6.Mix wet and dry ingredients, ensuring to mix well.

Step 2: Place In Pan

1.Pour batter mixture into the pan ensuring a consistent thickness
2.Sprinkle chocolate chips and cinnamon powder (if desired) over the batter before placing in the oven.
3.Bake for 30-32 minutes.

Step 3:Serve And Enjoy

1.Remove pan from oven and leave to cool.
2.Serve cake on its own or top with your favourite nut butter.
