What You’ll Need:

  • A Large Mug
  • ;

  • Spoon
  • ;

  • Microwave
  • ;

Dry Ingredients:

    ;

  • 1 Scoop (32g) Core Nutritionals Pro or similar Protein Powder
  • ;

  • 1 TBSP Cacao Powder
  • ;

  • 1 TBSP Powdered Sweetener (Or to taste)
  • ;

  • 1/2 TBSP Baking Powder
  • ;

  • 10g Chocolate Chips OR Cacao Nibs
  • ;

Wet Ingredients:

    ;

  • 50g Apple Puree
  • ;

  • 1 Egg
  • ;

  • 4 TBSP Milk (of choice) or Water
  • ;

Step 1: Combine all ingredients besides Chocolate Chips in a mug. Mix until smooth

Step 2: Microwave for thirty seconds at a time, three times. Before the final thirty seconds, mix in Chocolate Chips.

Step 3: Allow to cool for two minutes, transfer onto a plate and enjoy! Can top with maple syrup, berries, coconut or yogurt.
