High Protein Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies

Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients

1. Combine 3 scoops of MTS Machine Whey with1/2 cup of almond flour in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup (125g) of natural peanut butter, 1 whole egg and 1 egg white to the mixing bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk until it resembles a cake batter consistency.

Step 2: Roll The Cookie Dough

1. Prepare the baking tray with one sheet of non-stick baking paper.
2. Using your hands roll the mixture into 12 balls of the same size.
3. Gently flatten each ball into a cookie shape using the palm of your hand and use your thumb to make an imprint in the centre.
4. Fill the centre of each cookie with a small teaspoon of jam (jelly).

Step 3: Cook It Up

1. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Place baking tray in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

Step 4: Eat & Enjoy!

1. Remove the baking tray from the oven, allow the cookies to cool for 10-15 minutes, and then remove the cookies from the tray.
