What is your training split?
Monday: Back, Posterior Chain & Glutes.
Tuesday: Conditioning work for legs.
Wednesday: Rest day (cardio and abs).
Thursday: Rest day (cardio and abs).
Friday: Upper Body Push & Pull.
Saturday: Back & Posterior Chain in the morning. Arms & Delts in the afternoon.
Sunday: The big ass heavy leg session of the week!
What does your typical diet look like?
During the week I’ll follow more of a higher fat & higher protein diet.
Saturday & Sunday are higher carb days plus a “cheat meal” post legs on Sunday.
My diet consists of foods such as white & sweet potato, chicken, rice cakes, fish, eggs and plenty of green veggies & herbs.
What are your future goals?
My current goal is to buy my next home.
I would like to travel to experience the world more whilst competing at the same time and doing my first IFBB Pro show.
Hustling and business doesn’t stop for me. I want that to continue to grow.
How long have you been training for?
7 years in total. However the first two years I probably wasted doing group classes and random leg exercises not knowing what I was doing 😂
How did you get into the sport?
I’ve always been athletic but my interest in the gym came when I first tried it out in high school and became more conscious of my physique.

I’m obsessed with all of the TMJ Crops! The material is super high quality and they fit amazingly!
