About Me
My roots run deep with the MassiveJoes family. I've been with MassiveJoes since 2011. I’m sure most MassiveJoes fans & followers know almost everything about me.
But for those who don’t, I’ve been able to travel the world through bodybuilding. I started competing at 19 years old and have competed pretty much every year since then. It's been one hell of a journey.
I started from the bottom as a teenager and progressed every year winning most of the shows I entered. I eventually won my NABBA Pro Card in 2013. I came second in the Pro NABBA Universe and then made the switch over to the IFBB Pro League in 2018.
I won the Arnold Classic Australia Amateur Overall Title and earned my IFBB Pro Card in 2019. I am currently still waiting to make my IFBB Pro debut... unfortunately, COVID-19 put a stop to all contests and travel for Australians.
When I'm not training, I am running my gym equipment business and managing our family sheet metal company. My partner Stacey gave birth to our baby girl, Ayla, in April 2020 and it's been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Being a Dad is the best thing ever.

To keep improving my personal, bodybuilding and business life. Finding the right balance is key, too much of anything can be destructive.

How long have you been training for?
How did you get into the sport?
From a young age I was drawn towards feats of strength, muscles and action heroes in movies.

I've had many great mentors over the years that have helped shape me into the bodybuilder I am today.
3 supplements that never leave your daily stack?
What is your favourite piece of TMJ Apparel?
In your opinion, what is the most effective way to build muscle?
Basic movements
...with proper form
...done consistently for years.
And of course, your food intake needs to be adjusted depending on your needs and goals.
What is your ‘go-to’ or favourite cheat meal?
In your opinion, what is the most effective way to lose body fat?
Having a smart approach to food and training all year round.
Anyone can lose body fat quickly by cutting food and doing heaps of cardio but that's not healthy or sustainable, and can lead to muscle loss. People who know what they're doing do not starve themselves to get in shape.
It takes a while to get your body to become very efficient at burning body fat but if you do the prep work there's no reason you can't eat plenty of food while dieting.
Starvation diets are just dumb!
Most common piece advice you give to people?
Do the work and be consistent.
People will blame all kinds of things before they accept that they’re just not working hard & smart enough.
How do you ensure you stick to your diet?
Do you have a quote you live by?
Not really, I’ve never been much into quotes.
I’ve been around a lot of successful people who just put the work in day in day out without any need for outside motivation.
The best part of waking up is?
Being able to spend another day building a better life for my family and I.
More challenges and more opportunities.
I love it.
