About Me
I have been in the fitness industry now for nearly 20 years, competing, working as a trainer, a coach and now an online coach specialising in competition prep.
As a co-owner in World Gym Surfers Paradise, being in this industry has gifted me with some of the best friendships and opportunities I could have had and can honestly say I am grateful every day for the successful business that I have been able to build with my Team Sacrifice Brand whilst having had the opportunity to work with and alongside some truly remarkable people including that of my wife, whom I married in 2018 in the middle of the Las Vegas desert.
Not many people may remember this or know this but in my late teens I also have had the opportunity to compete in Germany and Scotland, winning Jnr World and Jnr Mr Universe titles with NABBA before later going on to hit the IFBB stage, but I also used to be a landscaper, and in my mid-20s built my first house with my father, which I still own to this day and also now my second house.
I owe so much of my work ethic to him and am grateful to have had such values instilled in me by him.

What is your favourite piece of TMJ Apparel?
In your opinion, what is the most effective way to build muscle?
There is no one size fits all approach to building muscle, but for me personally, Load and consistency over time, with a high focus on different isolation and contraction techniques, combined with good recovery protocols, you can not grow if your body is unable to recover or reload.
Everyone always underestimates the importance of smarter training with efficient recovery methods and instead tries to reinvent the wheel and overtrain themselves.
