About Me
I started my fitness journey in my early 20s while in medical school at university. I was an amateur boxer and became hooked on being disciplined and dedicated to a sport that would help me grow as a person. I ended up dropping out of university after deciding I wanted a change in career path, and made the decision to join the Army as an Officer. After my initial shock of being broken at Duntroon, I was introduced to the gym where I made rapid gains and realised I had a natural talent for lifting weights. I then realised my Army career was getting in the way of the gym, so I completed my service and decided to leave and start a career in the fitness industry.
I've been a PT since 2011 and competed in my first bodybuilding contest in 2016 where I won the overall title. Most recently in 2022, after my third season of competing, I had the honour of winning my IFBB Pro Card. Currently I operate my own online coaching business and own and operate a Body Fit Training studio in Adelaide's north east with my wife. Outside of work and bodybuilding I'm blessed to be the father to three wonderful children.
