No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Step 1: Prepare Your Dry Ingredients

1.Soak dates in warm water for 5-10 minutes
2. Add 1 cup (100g) of Oatmeal to blender/processor and blend until they become fine and flour-like.
3. Add 1 cup (100g) of peanuts to blender/processor and blend until they become fine.
4. Combine the oatmeal and peanuts with 2 scoops (72g) of MTS Machine Whey PB Fluff, 1/2 cup of raw cacao flavour, 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips and stevia in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2:Prepare Your Wet Ingredients

1.Blend 1 cup of pitted dates using approximately half of the warm water used for soaking, until a paste-like texture forms.
2. Melt 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter until soft in microwave.
3.Add the natural peanut butter and blended dates to the dry ingredients.

Mix & Roll

Step 3:Prepare The Mixture

1.Combine both dry and wet ingredients until a dough like texture is created. The mixture should be moist and remain together without crumbling. NOTE: If needed add almond milk to the mixture.
2.Roll the dough into small balls using your hands, place on a plate or container.
3.Store in the fridge or thrown them in your ISOBAG Meal Management System for a high protein snack on the run!
