Step 1: Preparing The Peanut Banana Chocolate (PBC) Smoothie

1. Measure out 400ml of unsweetened coconut milk and add it to the blending bottle or mixing container.

2. Take 1 banana and use your fingers to break into small pieces and add to coconut milk in the blending bottle.

3. Add2 scoops of Chocolate MTS Whey to the coconut milk and banana in the blending bottle.

;

4. Add 20 grams of natural peanut/coconut butter to the coconut milk, banana and protein powder in the blending bottle.

5. Add another 100mlof unsweetened coconut milk or ice as a top layer to the ingredients in the blending bottle.

Step 2: Blending The PBC Smoothie

1. Screw on the lid of the blending bottle and give a ‘light’ shake to help mix the ingredients.

2. Place the blending bottle on the mixer and press the ON button. (thick <10 sec> smooth)

3. Once all blended, pour into a glass and BOOM enjoy, or store in your TMJ Shaker for a delicious ‘on-the-go’ breakfast.
