Ingredients
- 1 Scoop – 1st Phorm Level-1
- 1 Whole – Egg
- 60 grams – Egg White
- 100 grams – Banana
- 30 grams – Oats
- Coconut Oil Spray
- 75 grams – Blueberries
Equipment
- Blender/Nutribullet/Ninja
- Large Non-Stick Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Large Plate
- Food Scales
Method
- Combine protein powder, whole egg, egg whites, banana & oats in blender for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Spray frying pan with Coconut Oil.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat.
- Add pancake mixture to frying pan.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
- Flip and cook for a further 1 minute or until light golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer pancakes to a plate & top with blueberries.
