Ingredients
- 80 grams – Egg whites
- 20 grams – Oats
- 50 grams – Banana
- 1 scoop – Merica Labz Patriot’s Whey
- 100 grams – Blueberries
- Coconut oil spray
- 30 grams – Sugar-free maple syrup (optional)

Method
Step 1:
Preheat your waffle iron. While it is reaching cooking temperature, blend egg whites, oats, banana and Patriot’s Whey together in your blender to create your waffle batter.
Step 2:
Once your waffle iron has reached cooking temperature, spray both the top and bottom cooking surfaces with coconut oil. Pour your waffle batter into the waffle iron, using the back of a tablespoon to ensure it spreads evenly throughout the waffle iron. Allow the waffle to cook for 30 seconds before closing the waffle iron lid.
Step 3:
Allow the waffle to cook for 3 – 5 minutes. Remove the waffle from the iron, top with blueberries and sugar-free maple syrup.
