The Ultimate On-The-Go Recipe. Or the Ultimate Late-Night Snack. Whey Protein Sludge is a staple everyone needs to know how to create!

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Servings: 1 serving

Difficulty: Easy


  • 2 scoops – Merica Labz Patriots Whey or Whey Protein Powder
  • 100 grams – Frozen Blueberries or Raspberries
  • 30 – 60 ml Cold Water


  • Kitchen Scales
  • A Bowl
  • A Spoon


Step 1:

Add 2 scoops (80g) of Merica Labz Patriots Whey into a bowl. Add a small amount of cold water (not all of it) to the bowl of Merica Labz Patriots Whey. Begin mixing the water into the Merica Labz Patriots Whey until it creates a thick sludge-like consistency. Keep carefully adding small amounts of water until you achieve your desired consistency.

Step 2:

Measure out 100g of frozen blueberries or raspberries in a separate bowl. Add the frozen blueberries or raspberries to the Merica Labz Patriots Whey mixture.

Step 3:

Begin mixing in the frozen blueberries or raspberries until they are completely covered in the Merica Labz Patriots Whey Sludge and enjoy!

Calories: 351 calories

Protein: 50 grams

Carbs: 22 grams

Fats: 7 grams

Special Notes

Always start by adding the smallest amount of water, you can always add more. If you add too much water you will need to add more protein powder and this will alter the macros. This recipe can be made with or without berries as preferred to alter the macronutrient content. You can also add extra carbohydrates and fats by including granola, cereal and nuts into this meal.
