    Fartlek training or sex!

    What are your 3 favourite exercises and why?

    Bench press, dead lifts & lat pull downs. These 3 exercises give us a great pump and there is nothing better than getting that pump on your chest and lats. Obviously the dead lift as it's an all round excellent full body exercise.

    What are your 3 least favourite exercises and why?

    We don't really have any exercises we don't like, as long as we get a good burn and intense pump from an exercise, we like it.

    How many hours do you sleep each night?

    7 to 8 hours a night.

    Are there any unique training tips you use that you would like to share with us?

    Train a muscle group twice a week if you struggle to get it to grow.

    Do you bulk and cut? Or stay lean all year round?

    Stay lean year round.

    What does your typical meal plan look like?

    We typically eat 9 meals per day as follows:

    Meal 1 (Breakfast):

    200g steak/lean mince

    5 hard boiled eggs

    60g oats with milk/water

    1 banana

    Meal 2 (Mid Morning Snack):

    50g almonds

    2 slices whole grain/rye bread

    Meal 3 (Lunch):

    200g chicken breast

    150g green veg

    150g brown rice

    Meal 4 (Mid-Afternoon Snack):

    1/2 avocado

    170g poached fish

    100g sweet potato

    Meal 5 (Pre-Workout):

    25g Whey Protein

    2 slices whole grain/rye bread

    Meal 6 (Post Workout):

    1 Banana

    2 slices of white bread

    25g whey protein

    30g dextrose powder

    Meal 7 (Dinner):

    200g steak/lean mince

    100g boiled spinach

    Meal 8 (Bed Time):

    45g casein shake

    Meal 9 (3am Snack):

    25g whey protein

    When you diet, do you cut carbs completely out of your diet? Or do you taper them down?

    Taper them down.

    Tell us about your most challenging experience while dieting and how did you overcome it?

    We've never had a challenging experience while dieting , we know what has to be done so it's mind over matter, as soon as we start the diet that’s us dedicated to sticking to it, never get tempted by bad food as we know we have to stay as lean as possible. 

    What is your favourite clean meal?

    Chicken breast, brown rice and broccoli.

    What is your favourite cheat meal?

    Burger and chips with mayo.

    What are your 3 favourite supplements and why?

    Protein shakes which are low in carbs help us reach our protein requirements and stimulate muscle repair. This is the only supplement we use as our diet meets the rest of our needs.

    What led you to your chosen sport?

    We have always liked to look good, be healthy and be the centre of attention so that’s what really led us to fitness modelling and body building. The attention we get from girls is unreal!

    Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

    In 5 years we hope to be the best known fitness twins in the world. 

    Who are your role models and why?

    Zyzz has been our greatest role model, his lifestyle and the way he lived was a big inspiration to us.

    What are the 3 words that best describe you?

    Shredded, Confident & Cocky

    Do you have a quote that you live by?

    Girls want to know us and guys want to be us!

    What is your favourite sport outside of your chosen sport and why?

    Football (soccer), we both played for football academies as young lads.

    Do you find training together makes you more competitive in and outside of the gym?

    Training with each other definitely makes it very competitive in and out of the gym as were always pushing each other seeing who can go further and pushing the boundaries of each other’s bodies and minds.
