With all the effort you put into your training and dieting, you shouldn’t have to worry about chasing your orders up. So we’ve streamlined our shipping policy to make receiving your order a breeze.

We ship factory sealed supplements and apparel locally, nationally and internationally each and every day. We pride ourselves on having the fastest dispatch and delivery times possible, and we work around the clock to ensure that you get your products lightning fast.

Shipping and Handling Cost

We like to keep things simple, so:

  1. For all orders under $150 the shipping and handling cost is just $9.95.
  2. For all orders over $150 the shipping and handling cost is FREE

 

Delivery Times

We ship orders Australia wide using Australia’s fastest and most trusted express delivery networks. Average delivery times from the date of dispatch are illustrated in the diagrams below:

We take pride in dispatching all orders within one business day of payment being received in full and packaging all orders in the most secure way possible to avoid any damage during transit.

Please Note: If you have made a specific request (loyalty item redemption/Autographs), please allow an additional day for your order to be dispatched.

 

Ordering Process

After placing an order, the following simple and streamlined process will take place:

  1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being processed.
  2. Once your payment has been received in full, your order will be dispatched and you will receive a shipping email advising you that your order has been successfully shipped. We retain receipt of all tracking numbers. A copy of your tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
  3. In the event that no person is at the shipping address to accept delivery of the order when it arrives:
    1. The delivery driver will leave the order in a safe place if such a place can be found; or
    2. The delivery driver will leave a card in the letterbox advising that the order will be redelivered, or that the order is available for collection from a local shipping outlet.
  4. In the event that your order has not been received within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.

MassiveJoes.com™ will post with insurance at the customer's request, however the extra cost incurred as a result of such insurance must be covered by the customer. If the customer does not expressly request insurance, MassiveJoes.com™ will not take out insurance on the order.

Our international shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order, and your location.

We offer a flat rate on shipping for all international orders of Team MassiveJoes Apparel over $100 AUD - for only $9.95!

  

Delivery Times

The world is a big place! Accordingly, delivery times will depend on your location. In general, international orders usually take up to 10 days to arrive from the date of dispatch plus any additional time required for customs clearance.

Customs Seizures

Although we will try our best to let you know what can and cannot be imported into your country, we can’t stay on top of the ever-changing laws around the world. We therefore do not warrant that any of the products we offer for sale are legal for importation into your country. The responsibility is yours to check with your local Customs department to verify that the products you order can be imported into your country.

If for whatever reason your order is seized by Customs officials, we cannot issue you a refund unless all products in your order are returned to us in their original, saleable condition. We cannot refund any international shipping costs and you may be responsible for any return shipping charges, depending on your local regulations.

Most of our international orders make it through Customs without any problems, and most orders that are seized are automatically returned to us.

Customs Duties

Nobody likes tax, but unfortunately any Customs duties or taxes that may apply when your order arrives in your country are your responsibility.  We will help you out with customs declarations where we can, but ultimately, the tax man has to be kept happy.

By ordering from our website you are stating that you agree to the above paragraphs. Don't worry though, we’ve been doing this a long time, and we rarely have problems with international orders.
