Beta Alanine

Beta-alanine is an ingredient commonly found in a variety pre-workouts and BCAAs supplements, often noticed as it produces the ‘tingly’ sensation when consumed consuming. Beta-alanine has the ability to raise muscle Carnosine levels and reduce lactic acid buildup. As a result. this reduces the amount of muscular fatigue experienced, allowing you to train harder for longer. Beta-alanine is used by bodybuilders and endurance based athletes, and has been shown to decrease muscular cramps. There is no need to periodize the consumption of Beta-alanine as long as it is supplemented with Taurine (as the concentration of one affects the other).
