This TMJ Hip circle/booty band is now my favourite, I have purchased so many of these from other companies in the past and none are suitable for me as the band circumference were always to big and gave me no range to move. But these are amazing, great size and also a good amount of resistance, these are the only bands I have been able to find that I like. 100% recommend!
