    • A Large Mixing Bowl

    • Large, Lined Baking Tray

    • Microwave

Dry Ingredients

    • 1 Cup Coconut Oil
    • ;

    • 2 Tablespoons Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
    • ;

    ;

Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celcius

Step 2: Preparing the Dry and Wet Ingredients

1.Combine the Rolled Oats, Desiccated Coconut, Core Nutritionals MRP, Baking Powder and Powdered Stevia in a large mixing bowl.

2.In a separate bowl, microwave the coconut oil for approximately 45 seconds (or until soft). Combine Sugar-Free maple syrup with Coconut Oil

Step 3: Combining the Mixture

3. Line a baking tray with baking paper

;

4. Once the coconut oil and Sugar-Free Maple Syrup have cooled (approximately 2 minues after microwaving), combine this with the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl.

5. Once the mixture holds together but remains moist, roll then flatten 1 Tablespoon of the mixture into your hands, and place on the baking tray.

6. Place tray in the oven for approximately 12 minutes (or until the surface of the cookies appear golden).

1. Cookies can be kept at room temperature and are best enjoyed within three days.
