About Me
I am a mother of 3, a IFBB Pro Athlete and a bodybuilding & lifestyle coach.
My journey started after I had my kids when I discovered bodybuilding after working through years of disordered eating and over training.
I fell in love with the results and soon discovered my passion for competing and empowering women in the process!
I am a fully qualified performance trainer and nutritionist where I take women to stage and also teach lifestyle clients how to make positive health and mindset changes! I run bodybuilding posing from my private studio and adore watching my clients progress with their confidence!
My kids are my world 🌎♥️ , I am married, have dogs and a lizard.
Fun fact: I used to be a cop 👮♂️ for 17 years prior to discovering my passion in the fitness industry!

How long have you been training for?
7 years
How did you get into the sport?
I was a cardio bunny, always training to get skinny 🥹 That was until I saw an amazing and muscular woman enter my gym and rep out deadlifts and chin ups in the 'men's area!' So I braved it and asked her 'how?' She told me to start eating protein to GROW and start lifting heavy weights like the men were doing!
So I began to research, implementing the training and nutrition and my body changed SO fast! I felt like I had unlocked a huge secret... so I began to tell and show women, that lifting weight is the way. The way to get stronger in body AND mind!
I was hooked💪🏽 and haven't looked back since...
