I am a very positive, fun, loving and determined person. No matter what I do, I always want to give my best and be the best, but I will always ensure that my happiness is not compromised. I love travelling, competing and most of all I love winning. It doesn't have to be in a competition, I celebrate all the small wins, both mine or my clients, in work, relationships or in the gym.

I am just super super clumsy. Tripping & hitting myself, getting random cuts & bruises due to my lack of co-ordination.

1 Hippo size Hamster. Being a small female all my life, I'm used to taking on anyone double my size.

At what age did you become an adult?
Sometimes I feel like I don't really want to be an adult & I still feel like a child now. Unless it comes to partying, then yes I've fully been an adult since 18 for sure!

I want to make a name for myself as an IFBB Bikini Pro & go as far as I can. I want to be as successful as I can, while helping and inspiring many others on my journey to do so too.

How did you get into the sport?
I saw my husband compete at his first show and wanted to try it myself.

I make sure I season my proteins super well so my food always tastes amazing.
