Another contributing factor to high Estrogen levels is through the aromatization process, whereby Testosterone converts to Estrogen in the body through the action of the Aromatase enzyme. If the body detects an excess of Testosterone, the aromatase enzyme will convert this perceived excess into estrogen in a bid to balance hormone levels. This can occur in both males and females.

It is therefore imperative to ensure your body is able to metabolise and excrete Estrogen efficiently to avoid Estrogen Dominance and to reduce unwanted body fat. There are many methods you can implement in your daily regime to reduce unwanted Estrogen, such as improve your diet, drink more water, consume more fibre and avoid chemicals and toxins.
